Returns Policy
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and suitable for resale. Costumers are responsible for return postage costs.
We do not accept returns for change of mind outside of this statutory period.
Refund Policy
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe and provide clear photographic evidence. In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, faulty or damaged goods are eligible for a refund or replacement.
All returns must be approved before being sent back. Return shipping costs are at the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and the issue has been verified, a full refund will be issued.
For privacy and security reasons, the return address will be provided after a return request has been approved.
