Shipping Policy

Shipping Service

We ship all orders using Packlink. Once an order is placed, the parcel is weighed and measured, and the delivery address you have provided is entered into the Packlink system, which compares available courier services. We generally select the most cost-effective option that includes tracking, most commonly Royal Mail or Yodel. 

Address Changes

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate. Address changes can only be made if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched. If you need to request an address change, please contact us as soon as possible via email, phone, or the contact form on our website. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes. 

Insurance and Liability

Under UK consumer law, responsibility for the goods remain with us until they are delivered to the customer's address. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services that are outside of our control. We do not purchase additional shipping insurance, and compensation for damage caused in transit may therefore be limited.
